Beta access

Klear Karma is currently in invite-led beta. Access is limited to invited seekers and practitioners in supported markets. The founders reserve the right to pause, modify, or end the beta at any time.

What Klear Karma is

Klear Karma is a reflective support-discovery and practitioner-booking platform. It is not a medical, psychiatric, diagnostic, or emergency service. Mirror, the AI onboarding layer, is reflective and orientation-focused. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, predict outcomes, or replace professional care.

Practitioner scope

Practitioners on Klear Karma offer wellness, spiritual, and complementary services. They are not licensed medical or mental-health providers unless they separately hold such credentials and disclose them on their profile. Klear Karma does not verify medical licenses.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during onboarding and profile setup.
• Respect practitioner boundaries, cancellation policies, and session terms.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Do not use Klear Karma in place of emergency services or professional medical care.

Payments and tokens

The beta uses a token wallet for Mirror map access and practitioner offerings. Recharge packages are non-refundable once tokens are spent. Payouts to practitioners are manual and founder-reviewed during the beta. Commission is 0% at launch; a platform fee may be introduced post-traction with notice.

Content and data

Users retain ownership of content they create. Klear Karma may process and store content to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy. AI-generated Mirror context is provided for reflection only and should not be treated as authoritative.

Account termination

Users may request account deletion at any time via in-app Help & support or by emailing hello@klearkarma.com. Some records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, or audit integrity.

Limitation of liability

Klear Karma is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, Klear Karma and its operators are not liable for outcomes of practitioner sessions, AI-generated guidance, or platform downtime.

Changes to terms

These terms may change as the beta matures. Updated versions will be posted at this URL and noted in-app when material.
