In-app support

Signed-in beta users can open the Profile tab, choose Help & support, and create a beta support ticket. The app stores the ticket for founder/operator review.

Review accounts

App Store and Google Play reviewers should use the test account details or OTP instructions provided in the review notes for the submitted build. Klear Karma is invite-led, so production-like screens may be gated without a review account.

Account deletion and privacy requests

To request account deletion, data access, or correction, email hello@klearkarma.com with the email or phone number used for the beta account. Some records may be retained when needed for safety, fraud prevention, payment records, disputes, legal obligations, or audit integrity.

Emergency support

Klear Karma is not an emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, diagnostic, or treatment service. If you may be in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis-support provider in your area.
